ON ALL RESERVATIONS OF 7 DAYS OR MORE.
Balance due upon arrival.
No refund if reservation is cancelled less than 21 days before arrival.
If reservation is cancelled 21 days or more in advance of arrival
SERVICE CHARGE OF 10% OF ONE DAYS RATE WILL BE CHARGED.
Cots and Cribs - $10 per day.
NO REFUNDS FOR SHORTENED STAY
